Roulette basics

Last update: October 25, 2026.

1. Organizer. Aspigo Producciones SL ("The Gulag"), Tax ID B88705181, Calle Azuela 31, Office 36, 28400 Collado Villalba (Madrid), gulagfight@gmail.com.

2. Who can participate. Individuals over 16 years of age residing in Spain (the minimum age to attend an event). Participation is free and does not require any purchase.

3. How to participate. At thegulag.es, by entering your email, checking the box to receive our updates, and clicking "Spin" (you cannot spin without checking that box). Updates arrive by email and, only if you also leave your mobile number, by SMS; leaving your mobile number is not required to play. One spin per person and per email: an email that has already played cannot play again.

4. Prizes and odds. The prize is randomly drawn at the moment of spinning, with these real odds:

  • 5% discount on your purchase: 95%.
  • Free shipping on your purchase: 4%.
  • One free ticket to GULAG V, the next The Gulag event: 1%.
All spins win a prize. The prize is determined by the draw, not the roulette wedge it lands on: the roulette wedges do not represent the probability of each prize.

5. How to use. The discount and free shipping are provided via a unique code that appears on screen after spinning (please copy it; if you haven't used it after 3 days, we'll remind you by email). Each code is for single use only, is only valid with the email you used to play, and expires 7 days after being won. It must be used at thegulag.es, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts. The ticket for GULAG V is personal and non-transferable: we will email you at the address you used to play before the event to provide it. If GULAG V is cancelled, the ticket will be valid for the next event.

6. Fair play. We reserve the right to void any prize obtained through fake or duplicate emails or by manipulating the roulette.

7. Data. We use your email (and your mobile number, if provided and you consent to SMS) to send you updates on our events and merchandise until you unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by replying "BAJA" to the SMS, and to deliver your prize. More information in the privacy policy.

8. Changes. We may change or terminate the roulette at any time; prizes already won will be honored.
