Returns and withdrawal policy

1. Your right of withdrawal: 14 days

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order (or the last item, if it arrives in several deliveries) to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason (arts. 102 to 108 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on Consumers and Users).

2. How to withdraw

Just tell us before the period ends with a clear statement: for example, an email to gulagfight@gmail.com with your order number. You may use the model form at the end of this page, but it is not mandatory. We will confirm receipt by email.

3. How to return the items

Send the items to Aspigo Producciones SL, calle Azuela 31, oficina 36, 28400 Collado Villalba (Madrid), Spain within 14 calendar days of telling us that you are withdrawing. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong one.

You may try the garment on as you would in a shop. You are only liable if the item loses value because of any other handling, for example if it has really been worn, washed or damaged (art. 108.3). Keeping the labels and packaging helps, but it is not a requirement to withdraw.

4. Refund

We will refund everything you paid, including the order's shipping costs (except any extra cost if you chose a delivery method other than standard), within 14 calendar days of you telling us that you are withdrawing. We will use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise, at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the items, or until you show us that you have sent them, before refunding.

5. Faulty or wrong items: 3-year guarantee

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us at gulagfight@gmail.com. All our products have a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery (art. 120): you can choose repair or replacement and, if neither is possible, a price reduction or a refund. In these cases we pay the shipping costs.
