Terms and conditions of sale

This online shop is run by Aspigo Producciones SL ("The Gulag"), tax ID (NIF) B88705181, registered in the Madrid Companies Register, sheet M-882847, with registered address at calle Azuela 31, oficina 36, 28400 Collado Villalba (Madrid), Spain, email gulagfight@gmail.com and phone +34 633 738 923. These terms govern the purchase of products on thegulag.es. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. Products

We sell official The Gulag clothing and accessories. Each product page shows its features, sizes and composition. Photos are for guidance: colours may differ slightly depending on your screen. Products are subject to availability.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order: €3.99 (VAT included) and free from €45, as set out in the shipping policy. If a price is obviously wrong, we will let you know and you can cancel the order at no cost.

3. How to buy

Choose the product, size and quantity, and click "Add to cart".
From the cart, click "Checkout".
Enter your email and shipping address and choose a payment method.
Review the summary (products, shipping and total) and click the pay button: at that moment the order is placed with an obligation to pay.
You will receive an order confirmation by email with all the details.

You can correct any details before paying by going back to the previous step. The contract is concluded in Spanish. We keep the order in our system and email it to you so that you can consult it whenever you want.

4. Payment

We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed through secure gateways: we never see or store your card details.

5. Shipping

We only ship within Spain, with the times and costs set out in the shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates.

6. Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving any reason. Full details and the form are in the returns policy.

7. 3-year legal guarantee

As a consumer, you have a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery against any lack of conformity (arts. 114 to 124 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). You can choose repair or replacement and, if these are not possible or not done within a reasonable time, a price reduction or a refund. To use it, write to us at gulagfight@gmail.com.

8. Promotions and the wheel

Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with each one. The shop's prize wheel is governed by its rules.

9. Complaints

For any complaint, write to us at gulagfight@gmail.com; we will reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. Official complaint forms are available: ask for them at that address. Aspigo Producciones SL is not a member of any consumer arbitration scheme (art. 40 of Law 7/2017).

10. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, photos, videos, logos and trademarks on this website belong to Aspigo Producciones SL or their owners and may not be used without permission.
